We know Chairs. We know Ladder Barrels. 

Now we can all know the Chairrel!!

This brand new apparatus provides supported access to exercises you may know, plus it offers a whole new exploration of exercises.

Any combination equipment is great for space saving… this is more than that;
You get a Chair, a Ladder Barrel, a Chairrel, a Barrel for Matwork.
4 apparatus in 1!!
These are all modular, and are designed to be used together or individually. You The ladder even folds up for storage.

Here’s some Pilates examples:

Swan is often taught on the Barrel as it’s more accessible; this innovative equipment now allows so many more exercises to be within reach of everyone!

Remember the last time you did grasshopper on the Reformer? (Me neither!)
Now imagine it can start in supported flexion, and that  the springs on a chair pedal can help connect your arms to pick up your spine.. then you add some fancy hamstring curls!

Side sit up on the Ladder Barrel… imagine how much you can tone the lateral body with a chair pedal providing direct feedback to the bottom arm as you move. 

Foot/ankle on the Chair can now be explored with a fully extended hip, providing direct access to the backline.
